    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service.


    Responsibilities:

    • Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Identify and research potential customers, generate leads, and actively prospect for new business opportunities.
    • Contact potential and existing customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
    • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Prepare and send accurate sales quotations and proposals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
    • Additional language skills (such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia) will be an advantage.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

    Job Summary:

    This role provide important, end-to-end Business support to various business channels and business partners to achieve the overall productivity and profitability that enables the company to thrive.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide daily operational and administration support to the division.
    • Support the division to initiate, prepare, operate, and maintain the division’s database administration to ensure information is up-to-date and easily traceable for audit purposes.
    • Supervise team member (if any) on assigned tasks to ensure completion.
    • Organise and maintain division’s agreements into standard registers for easy references and accessibility.
    • Conduct due diligence for onboarding client documentations.
    • Liaise with internal departments within Company on documents and follow through the approvals in compliance with Procurement policy and procedure.
    • Assist in ensuring division adherence to compliance and risk management policies and procedures.
    • Prepare reports and analytics for the division.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business support, sales support or administrative functions.
    • Knowledge in document control and working experience in business administration is an advantage
    • Able to transfer knowledge on designated area/ portfolio to team member
    • Possess good interpersonal skills and able to interact with various stakeholder internally and externally.
    • Good in organization skills and time management.
    • Possess an attitude of attention to details.
    • Self-motivated, independent and able to multi-task and handle multiple tasks effectively.
    • Good command of written and spoken Malay and English.
    • Well-versed in Microsoft Office application including Excel.
    • Require Language : Mandarin ( Must Due to the Natural of Business)
